- Engine oil and filter change per OLM (dexos1 Gen 2 full synthetic)
- Tire rotation
- Replace spark plugs (second set at 120k — iridium AC Delco; 5.3L takes 8 plugs, 6.2L takes 8 plugs)
- Replace coolant — DEX-COOL flush
- Replace serpentine drive belt
- Replace rear differential fluid
- Replace transfer case fluid (4WD models)
- Replace front differential fluid (4WD models)
- Inspect transmission fluid — 8L80/8L45: fluid should be pink/light red; replace if dark or burnt
- Full brake inspection: pads, rotors, calipers, brake lines, master cylinder
- Inspect fuel injectors — carbon deposit buildup common on direct-injection 5.3L and 6.2L EcoTec3 after 100k; top-engine cleaning recommended
- Inspect HVAC system: blower motor, heater core hose connections, A/C compressor operation
